Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service at the time of your appointment. Deposits must be received no later than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If the required deposit has not been received by that deadline, the appointment will be automatically canceled and the time slot will be released. A new appointment may be booked, but a deposit will still be required to secure the new reservation.
Cancellations or reschedules made with at least 48 hours' notice will not incur the 20% cancellation fee; however, the deposit remains non-refundable.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service.
No-call/no-show appointments will forfeit the deposit, may be charged the cancellation fee, and may result in refusal of future bookings.
